IDRISI CULTURA E SVILUPPO ETS

Idrisi Cultura e Sviluppo ETS is a non-profit association that incorporates all social and cultural value elements capable of developing educational and training initiatives, as well as economic initiatives that place economy, culture, and society on the same level.
Founded on the experiences of its founding members, the association adopts proactive, structured, and widely shared measures that promote participation in culture and creativity as one of the main pillars of a new cohesive and active citizenship. It supports the dissemination of education and knowledge as a development factor that contributes to the growth of intellectual capital.
For this reason, the members have shared their rich backgrounds and individual experiences to establish the association, developing actions, projects, cultural, training, and educational activities to support all those development factors necessary for the dissemination of culture in general.
In particular, Idrisi promotes all forms of learning—formal, informal, and especially non-formal—aimed at improving skills, abilities, and knowledge from a personal, civic, and social perspective throughout life. It also promotes inclusive and intercultural dialogue, fostering diversity.
The association's primary objective is to strengthen the interaction between various educational sectors, promoting civic awareness and active citizenship among adult learners. Idrisi is committed to providing high-quality educational offerings, with a strong focus on contributions stemming from participation in incubators and collaborative models, both in Italy and abroad. The association pursues the concept of sustainable and inclusive development for an improved quality of life by promoting activities that reinforce the connections between culture and education, social policies, democracy, research, and social innovation.
The association brings together various professionals, including researchers, educators, gender studies experts, psychologists, playwrights, socio-educational animators, marketing specialists, legal experts, journalists, and European project designers.
One of Idrisi Cultura e Sviluppo's core goals is to develop solutions to counter intolerance, marginalization, and exclusion, with a strong focus on vulnerable groups and ongoing awareness-raising efforts, also in support of local public and private institutions.
Furthermore, the association develops services aimed at eliminating the barriers that hinder the integration of vulnerable categories (e.g., NEETs and ELETs) into the socio-economic fabric and democratic participation, primarily by supporting the entire educational and training sector through project development and advocacy campaigns.
Idrisi Cultura e Sviluppo thus supports the education–training–employment continuum, considering it as a unified whole centered around the individual and their growth and learning journey.
The personnel involved in the project possess personal competencies acquired and enhanced throughout their respective careers, supplemented by transversal skills gained through various non-profit sector activities.
The members have the expertise and abilities to establish and manage relationships with professional teams, including international ones, offering their experience and capacity to build networks aligned with the project’s development. They also have the ability to forge strong partnerships with reliable national and European partners.
The association's experience in managing funded initiatives is an added value, supporting the entire partnership and ensuring the circulation of best practices in project management.
The association consists of 16 members.
